WineDiva's Review

NEW, expressive, fresh.
This new Cabernet Sauvignon from TIME comes from grapes harvested in Oliver (Gold Hill Vineyard) and Osoyoos (Haynes Point Vineyard) and was aged 18 months in French oak. The 2018 delivers chocolate and smoked plums, black cherry and herbal notes atop roasted coffee beans, savoury spices and tobacco. The entry is fresh, flavours of spiced mocha and expressive sweet black fruit dominate the palate. Good bones here, structure and balance are all in check.
